The male privilege in this thread's so thick you could cut it with a knife. But it's okay, they are "just joking." It's my experience that there's typically something more behind these particular types of jokes, but sure, whatever you guys say.

Sexism is a laughable issue at best for me.
I feel like anyone who has to make an effort to take pride in their gender is just insecure. Seems like nobody can take shit on the chin anymore.

The old "EVERYONE IS TOO POLITICALLY CORRECT" excuse holds up well, until you're put in the position of being maligned. Is it really that difficult for other people to put themselves in another person's shoes? Come on.
Besides, "pride in one's gender" is not what sexism and feminism is about at all. More like, they don't like being made to feel like they're worth less than your toilet paper.
