It's all my idea. Barnacle variants are extremely under-represented in all fantasy settings.

Please explain which parts of the barnacle's anatomy you wish to be present, and which parts of a human. I wish to draw this. I'm assuming some kind of cementing threads for hair, bony plates and perhaps a sucker for a mouth with a prehensile tongue?
Also I'm designing an RPG entirely built on the random whims of fantasy enthusiasts, so I'm naturally interested.
Also, thinking of Barnacle Men reminds me of Progress Quest.
