I remain unimpressed, especially by the water effects the beginning. Also, T-Rex's roar.

In their defense most people say that water is incredibly hard to model. Although most other developers seem to be able to do it without it looking like diarrhea. The overall graphics seem to remind me of Tropico 3; decent models, basic textures.
Oh and for all you know that could be a perfect replica of a T-rex roar.
