Yeah, it's wierd because Firefox says the page is fully loaded. It's gotta be some sort of wierd Javascript.
I had to leave the tab open, go to something else and come back to it a few minutes later.

You know... It bad coding like this that turns away a lot of potential voters (I dont care what anyone says, but if the site confuses the user, it's not user-friendly and thus bad coding or design).
