It was a sure release pretty much every year between it was announced up to 2001, when they said, "WHEN. IT'S. DONE!"
They pulled the plug in May 2010, announcing it with a video of Duke taunting people saying they'll never get to play it.
Then in September, someone bought rights to it and here we are again.
