Funnily enough, I did notice it on my second replay of Exoddus years and years ago. I knew it had to be an easter egg and I still wonder what it is, but I just didn't bother to say anything. :P
I still think it looks more like a face than a cave creature painting.
EDIT: Haha, so it's not a cave painting after all. The mystery is solved!
