What appears to be the most annoying things at the moment? Lack of keyboard shortcuts?

Pretty much.
Requests: Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V for Copy/Pasting, or one single shortcut that clones the selected item instead (Spacebar maybe?)
+ and - for zooming in and out
