if there is more thin one universe than it could be possable that our universe would collidi with anouther but Im not sure what exactly would happen in that scenario, either the barriers, or edges of the universes would hit each other or the galaxies in the other universe would come into ours and vise versa, creating a region of space in which you would be in both universes at the same time, hey maybe anouther universe would come to us and we wouldnt have to do anything
