The models are just ragdolls in gmod, they can't really be used for anything other that poses and gmod videos and are not for profit purposes and thus aren't really breaking any rules.
Over on facepunch people have been porting models since 2005/2006, it's non-profit, and obviously i'm not going to take credit for making the models either.

This pretty much. But I still advise you to just make a thread on Facepunch with a mirrored link to a website that
ISN'T garrysmod.org, no matter what people say it is a pile of shit and should be treated such. It's full of people stealing other peoples work, and so forth.
