Yes it is wrong to Distributing them on garrysmod.org on the other hand
They're edited versions to work with the Source Engine. If you just say, "Oh and these models aren't mine. there owned by Oddworld Inhabitants" it will be alright
there are tons of models on garrysmod.org owned by different companies and nothing bad has happened
