The difference between Paul's and LIJI's tool is that only Paul's is capable to change the positon of collisions and rotate the collisions + adding and deleting objects.
LIJI's tool can't add and delete objects and same for collisions.
EDIT: Only LIJI's tool can change the pitch on mudokons.

I'm pretty sure that you can change the pitch of mudokons with paul's editor. It is the voice adjust option.
