The analog sticks are swapped. The menu says that the left stick should control motion, and right stick aims, but it's the other way around.

Does the driver for your controller come with a control panel to switch these things around? That's what mine does.

And the running/walking/sneaking bit is fucked too. There's no switch between the three, I'm either walking, or standing still. I have to hold down the shift key while using the 360 controller, or try to play using the keyboard.

The Xbox version had it so that pressing the analog stick slightly was a walk and hard was a run, with pressing in and clicking for sneaking.
