Graphics card: (Not sure how to find graphics card :/)

The easiest way to do this would be to either:
- install Speccy and run it to get your PC's specs, or
- look up your PC model online and find out what graphics card it comes [pre-installed with (assuming you haven't replaced it).
As for the issues you're having, sounds like the standard issues most people are currently getting. Rest assured JAW will be patching SW soon after Christmas.
