Except that the church was abusive to me
because I was an atheist, and it isn't my reason for being an atheist, and all of my stated reasons for being an atheist have nothing to do with that.
My reason for desiring other people to
become atheists is because of the abusive, and hateful nature of religion. I figure that since it isn't real, and it's a hotbed for ignorance and bigotry, the world would be a better place without it.
Also, good work using the same exact argument that I just got done berating STM for because every moron alive thinks that atheists are atheists because people were mean to them. No, really. Good work.
