Do you think God answers prayers? Or perhaps he gives people the opportunity to answer their own prayers. Example, "Hey God, wtf is up with Africa at the moment, all that plague and war and AIDS and crap, sort it out sharpish or your a bad guy!"

1) This argument is bullshit because an all-powerful God would know which person would become a good leader.
2) Your argument can be simplified by replacing "God" with "random coincidence", which also makes it make more sense.
