I'm kind of wondering this too. Has there been any word on this?
If not: Gilrod, could you please shed some light on the subject? Or will we just have to wait until the games are available for purchase to find out?

I'm going to estimate you'd need the following:
At least a 1.8ghz core duo processor equivalent. (3.2ghz single core, 0.9ghz Quad)
At least a 256gb Graphics card with direct X 9 (Intel integrated will probably be do-able)
512 ram.
Put it simply:
Low end netbook: Not capable
High end netbook: Capable
Notebook >5 years old: Probably not
Notebook <5 years old: Capable
Desktop >7 years old: Probably not
Desktop <7 years old: Capable.
This is just an educated guess don't trust it 100%.
