Well that's not old news, a while back we new about this but unfortunately, as far as we know the movie is discontinued so to speak. Alternatively, there is a non-oddworld related film that is also discontinued at the moment called Citizen Siege you might be interested to know.
Unfortunately I'm not the one you should speak to about this my knowledge is basic but I hope I helped a bit.
