No, I would be dead because a vast majority of body parts cannot successfully transplanted.
But in theory your body (or anything for that matter) is constantly changing anyway. Your cellular (or even atomic) make up now is slightly different to how it was thirty seconds ago.
This applies to (practically) anything. Theseus' boat (in theory) was probably slowly rotting anyway.
