I watched a bunch of movies over the weekend after realizing that I get a paid movie channel that I never knew I had access to.

The Men Who Stare At Goats: Fun, but ultimately not great.

Alice In Wonderland: Boring, occasionally interesting, occasionally stupid, and all around unremarkable. So, yeah. A Tim Burton film.

The Bad Lieutenant, Port of Call: New Orleans: This is either very bad film making, or Herzog knew exactly what he was doing, and it is phenomenal film making. I recommend watching, but I think you should smoke pot first. I was baked, and I've never laughed so hard in my life.

The White Ribbon: an interesting German film which is somewhat about small town fanaticism. Pretty good movie.

Okay, first of all, Michael Haneke is Austrian. You should mention that as we have a complex because we are such a small country.

And you really should try out the original Bad Lieutenant by Ferrara, with Harvey Keitel. Haven't seen the remake tho, gonna try it out.
