Probably it's just a well made copy.
The plastic model is still needed in game making process so i don't think they would likely sell it unless they don't intend to use scrab in next games(hope not)  |
If they use Scrabs in the next Oddworld, they will make a newer, updated model. And theirs also a chance that that model didn't survive. i mean it is at least 10 years old.
