Are you asking for a full list of merchandise or just what you think you can still get?
A full list would be pretty extensive considering all of the merchandise produced for their numerous one-time promotional stints. Not to mention, something will occasionally spring up on eBay that none of us even knew existed.
I can confirm that the boxers, patches, and all sorts of cardboard promotional cut-outs were
made, along with trading cards, t-shirts, and candy. Whether or not you're going to find any surviving today is a different story. I haven't seen anything on eBay in some time, and whatever does crop up was usually won by a certain member with a seemingly bottomless bank account.
