I don't have one, but I do work in a Call Centre that services them. If you're asking because you'd like some input on what to get, get something with Android. It's the only OS that I have not heard a single word against from customers. On the other hand, one Android Owner that called didn't have the facility to check for when the new firmware update was going to come online, instead calling in to ask.

iPhone 4 is an error-encrusted monstrosity. Don't even touch one. You could get cancer. Windows 7 Phones are similarly terrible, but in that "so bad it just barely works" way that all Windows crap does.

Symbian or Android, bruddah.

EDIT: Symbian is the Nokia smartphone OS. As with all things Nokia, it's totally adequate, but not particularly special. I plan on getting a cheap Nokia/Smartphone.
