Well since the original dream was created by Lorne, Sherry and Some Other People, you'd need to get all their permission to use their work.
The idea that fanart is the property of the person that made it is so absurd that I feel like retching on my own face.

The artwork itself, also meaning the effort put into it, is the property of the person that made it. The characters, locations and other stuff which are used in the fanart belong to the original creators, thus it is important to give credit to them.
Then again, you might be joking and you are on the same train of thought. It's hard to tell, I'm still shocked by your presence in FC.
