Too much meddling that resulted in three villains who never really get time to shine, and random asspulls like the butler who knows everything, even though we never saw him in the previous two films. It was a fun movie, but such a let down after the perfection that was Spider-Man 2.

The Butler was in the other two movies, he just was not a retarded unnecessary Deux Ex Machina in them.
