To access hidden stages in the PC demo, open mi.lvl in a Hex editor, go to address 0x9c52ee and change 0700 0B00 to 0300 0D00. Save and play, and go to the first secret area. Enter the door and you'll reach the end of the boiler, from there the rest of the demo should be playable.
