I'd say it is worth a try. It's not an extremely costly game anyway. I've purchased it some weeks ago; in the first few days, I played it quite a lot, then not as much, although it's still neat to start up MC if I only want to relax a bit. Then I get swarmed by Creepers and Zombies in a dark cavern, and barely manage to crawl back to one of my shelters, and then decide to relax somewhere else.

The prime waterside shelter, now functioning as a boathouse that's connected to the house you can see above it (it was still under construction back then).


A rather dark image of the Waterside Highway, complete with a stone bridge and a lit pathway all the way up to that lighthouse on the cliff (not as effective as I originally imagined, but it's still kinda cool).
