According to
thegamingliberty.com, in an upcoming interview with Oddworld music composer
Michael Bross, it has been revealed that the composer has been at work on something coming directly from Oddworld Inhabitants themselves.
Details are sparse but if the source is to be trusted, it means OWI has been at work on their own title completely unrelated to the six additional Oddworld games announced by JAW.
We already know they're working on The Antisocial Network, so this doesn't necessarily have to be related to a completely new
Oddworld game as conveniently as the website points out, Mr. Bross simply mentions:

"I’ve done a bit of work for Oddworld recently. It’s all hush-hush at this point, though. You’ll just have to keep an eye and ear out for upcoming news from the people at Oddworld."

And when asked about involvement with the JAW games he responds

"I haven’t been asked at this point but I don’t believe that there’s much of a need for my input."
