We'll have to ask Lorne next time someone sees him. Other than that, I think this is one of those debates that will bring more people to each side, but not convince anyone to change their mind. Besides, as has been said, it probably isn't supposed to by representative of actual Mudokon anatomy. And even if it was, it's a fetus, so parts are going to start off out of scale. That could be where its spleen starts growing for all we know.
