Okay, it's an odd looking creature. But Oddworld characters are designed with a specific purpose in mind. There is no reason why an Oddworld designer would draw an Oddworld creature wearing a Planet Earth dog costume and chewing a Planet Earth stuffed toy.
And even if there were some ineffable reason why he would do that, he wouldn't be allowed to display the image publically, or offer it for sale.
