Your 3-D modeling is good, but your texturing needs a bit of work. Although it;s not like I could do this, but I've never done 3-D. By the way, what program are you using to do this?
Although you are one person, not a professional CG team, maybe I'm just expecting too much.

1.I have never texture any of my models personalty, I find the texture on google!
2. I'm using 3ds max.
3. I am hopeing to be working on a small team in creating homebrew for the psp but im still waiting -_-
