It doesn't really tell you you've registered on the site. After registration it just takes you to a page where you can create a database (unnecessary) and you will receive an email from them shortly afterwards. Just post what name you would like to use for the RPG and Abe Babe or someone else will tell you the rest I suppose. Good luck
