I don't really see the point either. Stranger was one of the better selling (if not best selling) Oddworld titles. Aside from better graphics and some improvements here and there, you're not offering the public anything they haven't seen or heard of before. And especially with the Oddbox coming out soon, it's kind of weird.
Unless JAW has another (completely new) project in the pipeline that's going to be released right after the Stranger remake (using Stranger as a sort of diving board to get their name back into the general audience's minds), I don't think this is going to be the epic new comeback they were hoping for.

I fail to see what your problem is. Consider this a port to the PS3 in conjunction with the PC port coming with Oddbox. What the hell is wrong with that?
