I've watched GoldenEye last night randomly, surly people remember there was a woman in it that had a fetish for crushing guys with her legs...She was crazy.

I don't know if that counts as a fetish and it certainly doesn't count as crazy... she had definite reasons for crushing those guys that went beyond the sexual.
I can tell you that it was awkward watching that movie with my parents at age 13 though.
