A forest to the northwest of Pyke:

Five sligs with guns and other weapons run into a clearing.

Brak: (under heavy fire) Shit! I knew we should've stayed in the odd damned factory!
Guntek: keep your head down, those guys probably have snipers everywhere!
Kaz: Phoenix! have we got the grenades?
Phoenix: Yeah! give 'em some o' this!

Several enemies die but are replaced by more.

They head further down the slope.
Kaz: jeez! this is my first real fight, I'm getting pretty nervous!
Guntek: better watch you don't piss in your pants!
Zen: (2 years old!) My master always said that bullies are cowards at heart!
Brak: HaHa! maybe that's why I bust him up in one!
Guntek: alright I'm just kidding!
Phoenix: optimistic as always eh?
Guntek: If you don't shut up I'm leaving.

He walks out of cover. Shots are heard. He runs back in.
Guntek: on second thoughts!
Phoenix: lets get down this mountain!
All five: Agreed Bro!
Brak falls down a hole.
Brak: Ahh! Phoenix help!
Two enemy shotgunners jump in.
Guntek does the Matrix on them.
