You're doing it wrong. Much like a slig with his pants on his head.
Oddworld is not Earth.
There are no humans.
There were no humans in mind during its creation.
Nothing is designed to resemble humankind in anyway.
Off-course, it's inevitable that some people will find likeness between some races and humans, but this should never be intentional when designing a race which is not human.
