It doesn't, though. That's because it wouldn't happen. It's not a feasible business model. For a restaurant to stay open you need a constant supply of food. So, even if there is some sort of cannibalistic cabal within the surrounding area of the place, the stock would still be exhausted within a week's time.
Plus, who would fund such a business? Who would rent the space to them? No. It's not interesting. It's a two second then move on laugh.

Eh. I find out-there ideas interesting. The fact that it will likely never happen is part of what makes it fun to talk about as if it is likely to happen. Because how else can a conversation about the merits of a cannibal restaurant happen?
