I'm sorry guys, but I'm really NOT seeing the purpose of the sudden insurgence of threads like this; it seems utterly pointless. FC is for sharing your creations, not asking other people what theirs' are. If you want to know what ideas other people have, why don't you try reading their stories and looking at their art?
Starting concept threads like this would be ok if you were willing to post your own work, and post more than two or three paragraphs! If you have an idea for a species then you can tell us about it and invite others to do the same but posting a one-line thread saying 'what ideas do you have?' and inviting other people to make single-sentence posts is just spam!
Please, please stop making threads like this!
