Okay, when I heard this on the radio at work, I thought some woman had been caught on camera placing HER cat into a bin to dispose of it.
But this is something else. I can't quite think of a logical reason to do something like that. What on Earth went through her mind? I mean sure she
clearly hates cats, but she stroked it and lured it into a bin.. for what reason? Its beyond me. RSPCA are interviewing/interrogating (haha RSPCA interrogating) her, but I'm pretty sure she needs to be interviewed by psychiatrists.
