I put a watermark on my art (which I post here sometimes) that has the address of my DeviantART account too. I'm not sure, is this allowed? I don't mean it as commercial, I just don't have an own homepage yet, I guess.

I don't think that would violate any rules - dA is the main location of your art, you just share it with people here to get more recognition for them, and you don't get any financial benefits out of it.
You could make a blog for your comics though, if you really want a separate page for your art. Most published comic artists start out by that, so I've heard.
