i think somebody wasn't paying attention... i said you WERE allowed to kill other characters, but just not without warning [i.e. you have to post that you've attacked them, then allow them at least one post in which to defend themselves. as a result, no-one can ever die until the 3rd post of a battle, but we have to give people a chance...]
