What you're trying to do 3(4) people is ludicrous, for a start, in that list of peoples roles in the project you either neglected to mention that you have a script writer or you haven't got one.

Projects like this, with this amount of people, is used as an example in a portfolio to showcase to future employers/universities and even then it's only a tech demo. To create a fully functioning RPG will require a team with lots of know how and experience and I honestly can't see any of you being able to pull this off.

My advice would be to stop what you're doing, get educated in pacific roles eg. modeling/programming or whatever and in about 5-6 years time, find like minded people who are willing to put their effort into a non-profit game. Other than that this idea will never leave the pre-production phase of the project.

Sorry to be an ass about it but that's the way the cookie crumbles. If you choose to ignore my advice, I say the best of luck to you...
