I don't mean to be rude, but I think you're starting off too big. You're all getting too ahead of yourselves. Are you sure you can manage something as large as a 3D game? And an RPG at that? My advice to you is that you keep your ideas kept in a notepad or a word document to save for when you actually have the capabilities to turn them into a game. As Moxco said, you need a relatively large team of people to make a game like you have in mind. If his team had 10 people in and it took them almost a year to create, then what is a 3D RPG gonna need?
Start off small, make little games and gradually progress to something like what you have planned. You may have had quite a bit of experience with making games before, and if you have I applaud you for wanting to start a project like this. It will take a lot to turn it into something real I'm afraid.
