I don't and wouldn't but I don't think God literally watches over every one of us constantly, I think he turns his back because of how bad we are, not everyone but I don't like myself sometimes I am horrible.
I also think God exists although on occasion I doubt but I feel I have personal proof such as getting good grades without revising or paying attention for example.

What your doing is tailoring your idea of your religion to suit your need. If the god of your religion is real then he sees every act you perform. He is watching intently as you grip your member and shoot your semen on your belly. He sees you as you scoop his children into a kleenex and toss them into the waste basket.
