I sort of (but not entirely) agree with what he is saying. Allow me to try and turn it into legible english.

It requires no particular skill to claim you are an employee, or representative for any particular organisation. Therefore it would not be hard for anyone to make a twitter account and impersonate any OddMob/OWI personal.
It is possible, that through our disappointment in lack of OddWorld news we have become gullible and overexcited as a result of something which very well could prove out to be a hoax.
Now even I am having trouble understanding what the next part is supposed to fucking mean;
If by some sheer coincidence that something spectacular does happen as AbeMudokon predicted; we will all believe he is indeed genuine when that may not at all be the situation.?
