This isn't some shit that I'm making up, these things have happened. Burglars have sued people for getting trapped in a chimney, skylight or tripped because they couldn't see where they were going in the dark as they tried to find your TV. And they have won huge amounts of money doing so. And out of all countries you, OANST living in the US, should know how backward the legal system can be.

Just because something happened a few times does not mean that it's either a trend or the norm. This is not the way these things normally go down.
