My dad says that age 25 is where everything begins to go downhill, and where you body deteriorates unless you maintain it. No more the sparkling ability to rejuvenate your body, no more automatically healing it. If you fucked it up, it pretty much stays fucked.

I always think of you as much older btw. Perhaps because all the 25 year olds I know are immature people who still think they are teenagers.
