That sounds more like an educational problem than anything else. You know what else would bring teen pregnancies down? Actually teaching kids how sex works and what condoms are for instead of constantly hammering "DON'T HAVE SEX!!" everywhere they go.

are taught this shit, the problem lies with people like you thinking its okay to have sex with them. personally, i was taught a hell of a lot about both sex and STD's.
