No one is debating what the likelihood of a 14, 15, or 16 year old having sex is. No one is debating whether or not they want to have sex at that age.

Sure, I'll take that one. The average teenager these days are getting curious about sex earlier and earlier. So yes, the likelyhood of a young teen having (and wanting) sex is increasing every year.
