Let's talk about the minimum age of consent for a minute. Is 18 the magic number? Is it 19? 17? 12? 32? 6?
There is no magic number, but we need a number so that we can limit the amount of children who aren't ready for sex being taken advantage of by adults. Should that number be 18? I don't know. But I'll tell you what I do know. You don't get to set the number. If you want to have sex with them THEN YOU DO NOT GET TO SET THE NUMBER. I set the number. I like 18. You graduate from grade school when you're 18. Works for me.

Are you talking about setting an age for a parents kids under which they are simply not allowed to have sex? Like would you tell your daughter when she's older that she's not allowed to have sex till 18, period? Rules like that have always worked counter productive and you won't exactly be able to enforce it. Or isn't that what you meant?
