And neither is a 14 year old hormonal girl who is likely extremely flattered by the attentions of an older man. I know because I did a lot of stupid shit. Stupid shit that I wouldn't have done had I been older and more mature. But that's the point. Children aren't mature. Not mature enough to make these sorts of decisions.
